What exactly do I pay?

A one-time setup fee, on request (it can even be free), for us to build your store. After that, just the per-order plan, never a commission on revenue: (1) a flat per-order fee on Orderoo, from €0.25 down to €0.15 by volume, capped at 4% on small orders; (2) a €30/month minimum, only if the month's fees come to less; (3) Stripe's card-processing fees (~1.5% + €0.25 for EU cards), which go to Stripe like for any business taking cards. Cancel anytime.

How much does it really cost?

Accepted Answer

A flat fee per order, never a percentage of your revenue: €0.25 (1–1,000 orders/mo), €0.20 (1,001–3,000), €0.15 (3,001+). Small orders are capped at 4% (a €2 coffee pays €0.08). €30/month minimum. Plus a one-time setup fee on request, which can even be free.

Do you really take no commission?

Accepted Answer

Right. 0% commission on your revenue. It isn't free: you pay the flat per-order fee. But however much you sell, the per-order amount stays the same, unlike aggregators that take 12–30% of turnover.

Do I pay the €30 minimum even with no orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The €30/month minimum applies even with zero orders. Past ~120 orders/month you simply pay the sum of the per-order fees.

Is there a setup fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a one-time fee, paid only once, for us to build your store for you (menu, brand, payments). It's on request and, depending on the case, can even be free. There's no other recurring charge beyond the per-order plan and the €30/month minimum.

Who pays the card-processing fees?

Accepted Answer

Online payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's processing fees (~1.5% + €0.25 for EU cards) are separate from Orderoo's fee. Money lands directly in your bank.

I don't have my own delivery. Can I still take orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you don't have your own couriers, we partner with Wolt Drive on a very competitive package that handles delivery for you. The orders stay yours, placed through your own app, and you pay a flat delivery fee per order, without losing the customer or giving up a percentage of your revenue.

How fast am I live, and do you build my menu?

Accepted Answer

Usually within 48 hours. We build your menu for you during onboarding; afterwards you manage it yourself from an easy dashboard, no developer needed.

How do I bring customers to my app?

Accepted Answer

We don't just hand you an app. We give you a proven system to pull customers off the aggregators: a welcome code (e.g. −10% with WELCOME10), app-exclusive offers, loyalty (e.g. every 10th order free), a lower price on the app (no service fee), QR codes everywhere (counter, tables, bags, receipt), win-back push, and a checkout script for staff. All the print assets are ready to go.

Why would a customer use my app?

Accepted Answer

Because they get something the aggregators don't offer. On your own app customers find better prices with no service fee, app-exclusive offers, a loyalty program that rewards them, saved addresses and cards for one-tap ordering, and notifications about what's new. The easier and more rewarding the experience, the more often they come back.

Do you handle product photography for the menu?

Yes. If you need photos of your products, we work with professional photographers who come to your space and shoot your menu. The process is fast and easy, at competitive prices, and you get ready-to-use professional shots that lift your store's image and help your sales.

Can you run ads and social media?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We partner with agencies that have deep experience and specialise in hospitality, and they run your paid ads and social media so you can grow your customer base. This way you build your own audience and order volume without depending on any delivery platform, because the customers stay yours and order directly from your own app.

Do you design and print flyers?

We prepare the draft of the flyer that promotes your business, with the design, the copy and a QR to your app, and we print it for you at a very competitive cost. You get ready-to-use material for the counter, tables, bags and local distribution.

What does the loyalty card do?

Accepted Answer

It's a digital rewards program built into your app, exclusive to your store, and it comes included with it. The card lives in Google Wallet and Apple Wallet, so customers always have it on their phone. They collect stamps or points on every order (e.g. buy 5 coffees, get 1 free) and come back more often. You set the rules yourself, so you build loyal, repeat customers with no third-party coupons.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You get a free subdomain (yourstore.orderoo.gr) and can connect your own domain. It's your brand. Customers never see 'Orderoo'.

Will I show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your store gets its own presence on Google as a distinct brand, with your own name and domain, so customers find you when they search for you and not for a platform. We take care of the technical SEO so you appear properly in search.

Does it connect with ordering through Google?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can connect your app with your Google profile so an order button appears right in Search and Maps. A customer finds you on Google, taps to order, and lands on your own app, with no middleman.

Do I own my customers and data?

Yes. Customers and their data are yours, exportable anytime (GDPR), unlike aggregators that keep the contact details.
